It is important to Independent Network that all of our customers are happy with the products they have selected from an IN member. In the event that you have a concern you would like to raise with us, please follow the guidelines below:

In the first instance your concern should be directed to the installer member in writing so that you have a record of all correspondence. We will not be able to consider details of any concerns raised with us until this has been formally communicated to the member and they have been given 14 days to respond. In the event that the member does not contact you to arrange to resolve your concerns within 14 days, please complete the submission below.

Please note we will require evidence of all written correspondence.
